Well, we decided to have Flaming Dick & Hot Dog open up for us. They were absolutely wonderful with the way they dazzled and bewildered the audience with their flair and knack for the obscure.
We went on next. This show kind of sucked for some reason. There were "extremely dangerous driving conditions" warnings announced all day over the air waves, the sound was really weird, and we didn't have any energy this time around which drastically altered our overall performance.
In retrospect, the show wasn't a complete disaster, but we know we can "turn this mutha out" a thousand times better than that.

Our show on January 15th
seemed a little superficial. It started well with the opening band,
Flaming Dick and Hot Dog, who had just returned from an extremely
successful Malaysian tour. However, when we took the stage, it seemed
that our energy levels were a couple quarts too low, and we plodded
through the songs, rather than attacking them. I don't know if the
audience noticed, but we delivered a subpar performance, which I hope
won't be repeated. On the other hand, I would like to play at Youngstown
State again.

Tonight was a special night. It was the first time we rocked on Youngstown State's campus, as well as a celebration of the triumphant return of our dear friends Flaming Dick and Hot Dog. I have to tell you guys. FLAMING DICK AND HOT DOG rock my world.
Flaming Dick, if you're out there, I love you man! Hope all is well in
Guam. We played pretty well. The sound was really wierd and I got an
incredible migraine mid set. Lack of sleep and great quanitities of
caffeine and nicotine have a tendency to do that to me. My head hurt, but
I want to thank everyone who came out in the ice storm. If I didn't thank
you personally after the show, please accuse me of being a stuck up rock
star.
